Basic purpose

Suitable for single-sided and double-sided labeling of flat bottles, round bottles, and square bottles, such as shampoo flat bottles, lubricant flat bottles, hand sanitizer round bottles, etc. Double sided labeling, with both sides affixed together, improves production efficiency, and is widely used in industries such as daily chemical, cosmetics, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Working principle

Core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the label to be sent out and attached to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, and the label is coated and attached to the product, completing the labeling action of one label. Operation process: Product placement (can be connected to the assembly line) ->Product conveying ->Product spacing ->Labeling (automatically implemented by the equipment) ->Collect labeled products.

Requirements for label production：
